Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (the “AGLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Identity Governance Administration Tool.

AGLC is seeking to implement a complete Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solution to facilitate identity management throughout the organization. The solution must integrate with a variety of solutions and tools across the organization, increase organizational efficiency, and enhance overall security. This will be a net new implementation as this capability is not currently managed through a single tool. The selected proponent will be requested to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize an agreement with the AGLC for the provision of the Deliverables. It is the AGLC’s preference to enter into two separate agreements: one with the successful proponent for the implementation/integration services and one specific to the software licenses. The AGLC intends to invite the top three (3) ranked proponents to enter into concurrent negotiations. During these concurrent negotiations, the AGLC will provide each proponent with any additional information and will seek further information and proposal improvements from each proponent. After the expiration of the concurrent negotiation period, each proponent will be invited to revise its initial proposal and submit its BAFO to the AGLC.
