Voters vaulted NDP Leader Rachel Notley into power after being impressed by her campaign.

Up next, she’ll need to give them a solid first impression of how Premier Rachel Notley will act, as she builds the first Alberta NDP government’s front benches.

She must choose a cabinet from a 53-member caucus thick with rookies and with more prominent public-sector and union veterans than figures from the business world.

But, she believes there’s plenty of talent there.
