Black Diamond Group to Hold First Quarter Results Conference Call and Annual and Special Meeting on May 7, 2015

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(April 23, 2015) – Black Diamond Group Limited (“Black Diamond” or the “Company”) (TSX:BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today announced the timing of its 2015 first quarter webcast and Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders .

First Quarter Results

Black Diamond will release its 2015 first quarter results at 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) (8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”)) on Thursday May 7, 2015, and hold a conference call and webcast at 11:00 a.m. MT (1:00 p.m. ET) on Thursday, May 7, 2015.

President and CEO Trevor Haynes and Executive Vice President and CFO Mike Lambert will discuss Black Diamond’s financial results for the quarter and then take questions from investors and analysts.
