Aboriginal Digital Hub – Town Hall Consultation – The Quad

I would like to share with you our progress and request your advice and opinion on the creation of a
digital hub highlighting the University of Alberta’s work in the area of Indigenous Teaching and
Learning, Research, Student Experience and Community Engagement.

The Aboriginal hub will be a portal to web pages with Aboriginal content that were collected from all
18 faculties and from other units throughout the University that show the breadth of expertise, initiatives and programming, and depth of commitment the University of Alberta offers.

The new hub will be unveiled at this town hall. Participants will be invited to comment on the content and structure of the hub. Additionally, participants of the town hall will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the icon that will mark the Aboriginal Initiatives “Hot Button” on the U of A
homepage.
