The Ritz Café & Motor Inn located in Whitecourt, AB is looking for full-time, permanent cooks.

List of Duties:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Western dishes including pork chops, omelettes, pizza, pasta, salads, burgers, sandwiches, class breakfast menu, etc.
• Determine size of food portions and mix house-made sauces according to the recipes
• Assist in developing seasonal/signature menu
• Manage inventory and records of ingredients and kitchen supplies
• Inspect and keep the work area clean

Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school required
• 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required

Hourly Wage: $17.00 per hour

Work Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Benefit: 4% vacation pay
