The job details are as follows:

Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor

Number of Vacancy: 1

Term of employment: Permanent / full time 35 hrs/wk.

Compensation: $20/hr.

Job Location: #600 6730 Taylor Dr, Red Deer, AB T4P 1K4

• Working Condition: Job involves late evenings, weekends and holiday work.

Duties involve:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff,
• Establish and maintain standards for sales, process and customer service,
• Assign duties to sales staff
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damage, theft, and wastage.
• Motivate sales staff to achieve targets.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed appropriately and strategically with proper signage and shelf placement.
• Train and guide new employees and schedule shifts,
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Manage inventory and reorder when necessary
• Prepare daily /weekly sales and projected sales reports,
• Process returns / refunds,
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Perform other related duties.

Requirements:

• Education: Completion of Secondary School
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience or in related occupation.
• Language : English
