Linen Plus Inc. is looking for Marketing Coordinators. All candidates must be willing to join a team environment to strengthen and grow our company with a positive attitude and character.

We offer:

  • Wage: $30.77 per hour
  • Hours per week: 30 – 40 hours per week
  • Health benefit will be provided after 3 month probationary period.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Market company products and by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Assess characteristics of products and services and advise on the advertising needs
  • Advise company directors on advertising, marketing, and sales promotion strategies
  • Be the spokesperson for the company
  • Implement marketing & advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts
  • Research and prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives
  • Prepare and oversee preparation of reports, presentations, and website content
  • Plan and organize promotional presentations
  • Conduct surveys and analyze date on customer preferences and buying habits
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics designer; inventorying stock; placing orders
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining databases
  • Plan, develop and organize meetings, workshops, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Research techniques, develop, implement and execute social media campaigns for various platforms
  • Manage knowledge, create, share, oversee and engage daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company’s brand
  • Ensure current social media strategy aligns with company goals and values
  • Define most important social media key performance indicators
  • Measure the success of social media campaigns using key performance indicators
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts
  • Moderate user-generated content for appropriateness
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Education requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in related field
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently; Tight deadlines; Attention to detail
