What we are looking for:

A dynamic and caring individual who has the necessary skills and sensitivity to take care of children with special needs

Main Duties are:

Prepare and feed fresh and nutritious meals
Assist him with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
Supervise children’s meals, outdoor and indoor activities and rest periods as instructed
Provide companionship and entertain the child
Help the child with homework
Accompany child on doctors/dentist’s appointment
Take the child to and from school
Keep a safe and clean environment at home
Assist with basic rehab play exercises given by physiotherapist and speech therapist
Tidy up the play area and the toys
Keep records of the daily activities
Accompany the child while playing games and other appointments
Prepare the child for nap times
Supervise and care for the child
Assist the disabled child in all day-to-day activities
Support children with in-home activities and with basic learning

EDUCATION: High school completion and first-aid certificate

EXPERIENCE: Six months of caregiver training or a minimum of six months of paid experience required.


LOCATION OF WORK: At Client residence

SALARY: $19.00/Hr for 35 Hours per week
BENEFITS: Overtime will be paid after 40 hours
START DATE: Mar 1st, 2021
