Wage rate: $21/ hour, 40 hours/ week

Requirements:

Secondary school completion

Knowledge of basic English

Experience will be an asset

Job duties:

General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained in good condition, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean up spills with appropriate equipment; collect and dispose of trash; complete tasks in timely manner; notify supervisor for major repairs; keep cleaning supplies in stock; perform minor repairs; remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick up; handle emergency cleaning and upkeep request.

Benefits: Relocation expenses and medical insurance for first three months covered, if required.
