Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers; Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations; Maintain quality control and records of all repairs and maintenance; Responsible for smooth operation of farm machinery and equipment; Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies; Develop work schedules and establish procedures; Train and supervise workers; Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures; Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed; Provide agricultural crop services for all irrigated land, maintenance of irrigation systems and farm machinery; Maintain work records and logs; Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; May perform general farm duties.
