Responsibilities

 Tasks

  • Assist with research initiatives and compile findings into coherent reports.
  • Carry out administrative duties effectively, including document management and scheduling.
  • Review and suggest enhancements to curriculum programs based on educational best practices.
  • Assist in the creation and planning of new program structures and learning objectives.
  • Support the recruitment process and participate in the selection of educational staff.
  • Help assess the efficacy of education policies through data analysis.
  • Contribute to the professional growth of teachers by co-developing training materials.
  • Collaborate on the production of teaching resources for program implementation.
  • Co-facilitate educational sessions at workshops or conferences as needed.
  • Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of program delivery and outcomes.
  • Help oversee the coordination of office and volunteer staff activities.
