We offer:

• Wage: $23.08/hour

Terms of employment:

• Job start date: As soon as possible
• Employment conditions: Day, Morning
• Head Office: located in Edmonton, AB
• Work location: will need to visit various locations in the area of Edmonton, Alberta

Specific Skills:

• Conduct interviews and hire staff
• Train new staff
• Manage work schedule of cleaners
• Communicate with clients and staff
• Check on the inventory of cleaning materials and equipment
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use
• Oversee cleaning operations
• Supervise cleaning crew team
• Inspect work sites and facilities
• Ensure cleaning and safety standards are maintained
• Travel between sites and check on cleaning staff at various sites to ensure compliance with company standards
• Arrange for repairs or replacement of cleaning equipment
• Assist cleaners when required
• Prepare budgets and estimate costs
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs

Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate in English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Ability to supervise: groups of 3-4 people; 5-10 people; janitors, caretakers and building superintendents; specialized cleaners
• Personal suitability: applicants must be dependable, client focus, flexible, take initiative, be judgemental, be reliable
• Work conditions and physical capabilities: work under pressure; tight deadlines; repetitive tasks; physically demanding; manual dexterity; combination of sitting, standing, walking; standing for extended periods; bending, crouching, kneeling
