Wage rate: $29/ hour, 40 hours/ week

Requirements:

High School completion

Knowledge of basic English

1 to 2 years of experience required.

Job duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate work of cleaners and janitors; inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleaning standards are met; hire and train new staff; evaluate need for building or equipment repairs; prepare budget, order cleaning supplies and monitor cleaning activities; estimate costs and keep financial records; provide training and guidance to janitorial staff; resolve conflicts between staff; receive payment for jobs done; investigate complaints and concerns and take preventive measures.
