NEB Participant Funding Program Updates

The NEB is updating the Participant Funding Program (PFP) to clarify the amount of funding applicants can expect and the process for how we manage high-demand projects. These updates will promote consistency and fairness during the funding application process. For more information, please see our PFP Program web page.

The funding program updates apply to all new projects including Energy East, Eastern Mainline, NGTL Merrick Mainline, and Line 3 Replacement Program. Those who have already submitted an application will be contacted directly by a Participant Funding Coordinator to discuss their application.
