Projects can be up to five years in length and must focus on women, vulnerable populations, youth, transition services, outreach programs or community wellness.

To be eligible, municipalities must have demonstrated support from Indigenous organizations or Indigenous community groups. The deadline to apply is July 4, 2017. More information is available on the Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada website.
